This extruder features 9 independent cast aluminum heaters (6 zones on the barrel, 3 zones on the die head) and 6 centrifugal cooling fans, forming a fully automatic closed-loop PID temperature control system. The system monitors each zone in real-time, automatically adjusting heating or cooling to keep deviations within ±1°C, ensuring uniform melt temperature.
